Motivation to Teach Social Action:
I teach social justice courses in both social work and gender, women, sexuality studies and I am also learning new ways to engage students and myself with this material. In particular, I think students of this generation want ways to engage and take action.
Course Description:
Teaches the basis of social work in the US, which is founded via intertwining movements for social, economic, and racial justice in the US. [1]
