Course Description:
The course is a mini course in the humanities that lasts for 8 weeks for 2 credits. It uses one major text, The Color of Law. In doing so the course covers the same topics as the text and invites local leaders in the Vancouver school district, politics, and real estate to visit the course. The students engage Vancouver polities to explore and suggest change in education and politics the continue to disenfranchise people of color.
