Motivation to Teach Social Action:
I have a 45 year history of social activism. I have an expertise in race relations in the US. I teach from a justice and contemplative practice based approach. I would love to collaborate with others with the same commitment to justice. And I'm thrilled to be there for my colleagues, Chevy and Tracie
Course Description:
Freshman course for all entering SEEK students which follows Freire's model of praxis: Critical consciousness (self, social and global awareness) to social action. [1]
