Motivation to Teach Social Action:
Looking forward to creating a teaching and timing plan to best guide my students in their campaigns. I am also looking for ways to evaluate their work through this process.
Course Description:
Eco Leaders are the senior environmental leadership team of Bishop O'Dowd High School. They learn the skills needed to take action towards an environmentally sustainable and just community at O'Dowd and beyond. Eco Leaders act as stewards of the Living Lab, lead Eco Club and Sprouts, organize environmentally themed campus events, and work to implement initiatives that build sustainability on campus as well as in the greater community.
