Motivation to Teach Social Action:
Three colleagues on campus (2 in my department) participated and we would like to develop a cohort of faculty/courses on campus grounded in social action. I currently require students to engage with the community and attend public meetings but I am setting the agenda, not the students and I want to change that.
Course Description:
I will develop the course description with colleagues Hollis France, Kris DeWelde, and Briana McGinnis. They have already participated in the training and we want to collaborate to create a course.
