TRACE: Transfer Records, Accountability, and Community Eyes

• Demand 1: TRACE demands that the ERO Seattle Field Office release a publicly available monthly report of every transfer of NWIPC detainees, listing the date, destination facility, and stated reason for transfer.
• Demand 2: TRACE demands that the ERO Seattle Field Office notify detainees within NWIPC of their pending transfer at least 48 hours in advance.
• Demand 3: Within that same 48-hour window, TRACE demands that NWIPC provide detainees access to phones to contact their family members and lawyers before their transfer.

Primary target is Bruce Scott, the NWIPC facility administrator and warden.
