- Kaiser Permanente mental health workers are demanding 7 hours of protected time (for 40-hour employees) to complete non-direct patient care tasks, like NorCal. Previously only 2 hours were given.
- They want equity with pay, seeking to be matched with NorCal wages after experiencing wage freezes with no cost-of-living increases from 2011-2015.
- They are asking for a defined pension for all NUHW Psych Social Bargaining Unit members, to achieve parity with 98% of the KP workforce.
