• Swarthmore Borough should not enable ICE-related civil law enforcement or enter into the ICE 287G program
• All residents and non-residents of the Borough must enjoy equal protection of the law regardless of immigration status, including the right to be free from unreasonable search, surveillance, and seizure.
• The Swarthmore borough should not use money obtained from taxpayers to fund any resources for ICE
