- Code Blue demands that our Code Blue Task Force handles the allocation of funds that are generated from homeless encampment sweeps. These funds will be dispersed back into the designated warming centers for Code Blue season, marketing form homeless population advocacy, housing assistance, basic necessities, and indirect costs.
