Better Food Better Campus

Demands

Demand 1: Better Food, Better Campus demands that Flagler College permanently reallocate an estimated $300,000 annually within the dining hall budget to fully replace all meat and egg products currently served in the Ponce de Leon Dining Hall with USDA Choice quality meats and Grade AA eggs. If distributor cannot do this, BFBC demands that Flagler College switch distributors to someone who can Demand 2: Better Food, Better Campus demands that Flagler College implement full ingredient transparency for all prepared meals served in the Ponce de Leon Dining Hall for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each item must include a clearly visible, printed or digital label listing every ingredient used in its preparation, including oils, spices, and additives, dyes, ect beginning in the spring 2026/2027 semester. Demand 3: Better Food, Better Campus demands that any proposed increase to student meal plan costs resulting from upgraded food standards be subject to consultation and formal approval by Student Government Association representatives prior to implementation.
