Course Description:

Course is focused on understanding individual behavior within an organizational context. We explore topics like motivation, culture, leadership, power/influence, group dynamics, etc. During the course, students choose a behavior to change/understand of individuals in an organization of which they are a member), research potential infl.uences on behavioral decision making, build a survey to collect data to explore those influences and their impact on behavior, analyze and interepret the results, then generate recommendations given their analysis. Their work is presented in poster sessions to fellow students
