Experience
I have not taught social action before, but coming from a background of social work, public administration and leadership studies I am familiar and have taught concepts of it within other courses. I am an existing primary instructor for a Principles of Leadership Course and we frequently discuss social action.
Interest
I would like to participate in this course development program as a way to increase leadership offerings within West Virginia University. I also think a multidisciplinary approach to teaching this specific course would be most advantageous.
