Course Description:
I would love to teach an Equity, Inclusion, and Social Justice in Higher Education. This course would examine the evolving missions of higher education institutions related to diversity and historical factors influencing access and equity in HIED. Topics on identity, culturally responsive pedagogy, how to facilitate intergroup dialogue, understanding power, privilege, and bias.
