Motivation to Teach Social Action:
Course Description::
My students witness and experience social problems such as homelessness, addiction, mass incarceration, elder injustice, queer and trans rights, environmental justice, and youth chronic illness. They are interested in developing solutions to intervene in the suffering caused by these problems.
