Course Description:
This course provides a foundation for the development of generalist social work knowledge and skills for practice at the mezzo- and macro-levels with groups, organizations, and communities. Theories and models of group, organizational, and community behavior and change will be examined. The role of social workers in advocating for organizational and social change will be explored
