- Maryville College will provide more inclusive and extensive gender and pronoun training for professors, as well as teaching professors to encourage students to share their pronouns during introductions in the classroom
- Maryville College's Registrar's Office edits their official name change policy (which deals with emails, IDs, official paperwork, and residence life) to allow students to change their name more than the once the policy currently allows.
