Demands

  1. We demand the establishment of formal mentoring programs within schools and community centers to provide consistent support and guidance to youth.
  2. We demand secure funding to expand existing mentoring initiatives and create new programs where needed, ensuring that mentoring services are accessible to more young people.
  3. We demand the development of partnerships with local businesses, colleges, and nonprofit organizations to recruit and train volunteer mentors emphasizing the importance of providing positive role models and professional development opportunities for youth.
