To decriminalize marijuana in the state of West Virginia.

Our target is Delegate Hansen who is one of the eleven democrats with a seat in the House of Delegates, so he sees the world from a more liberal point of view. His position on marijuana decriminalization is that it is important as well as legalization.

Although House Bill 4873 did not make it very far through this process, Hansen will continue to push for legalization.
No action on the demands, but added 159 signatures to a petition and formed alliances with delegates who have and will continue to introduce a bills affiliated with marijuana decriminalization.
