ELRRC demands that East Lansing City Council adopts 4 ordinances that would
- Organize tenants unions to petition landlords
- Seek legal representation in eviction court
- Renew their lease without rent hikes
- Seek repair services for issues in the property and withhold a portion of rent to pay for it
